HOW TO ORDER

  • Read our Terms and Conditions here.

  • Please send a message to any of our social media accounts for slot availability confirmation.

  • Once confirmed, kindly fill out our booking form.

  • After submitting the form, you will receive an email of your invoice together with the payment details.

  • Pay for the amount due and submit the payment form.

  • Wait for the receipt upon validation of payment.

BOOKING

  • Filling out the booking form means you are a responsible buyer and payer.

  • 50% DP to secure a slot; remaining balance on the day of the event.

  • No payment form/proof, no payment.

  • Prices include the materials needed and custom packaging to be used.

  • Changing of date is subject to availability.

  • Transportation fee outside Naga City applies.

  • No cancellation. DP non-refundable.

  • Kindly provide correct and complete details.

  • Please make sure to inform us with your new Facebook/Instagram/X username upon update to ensure correct orders.

  • Orders will be forfeited including downpayment of customers with no response or missing accounts within 2 weeks. Usernames will also be posted as bogus customer/ joy reserver.
